• Event Decor Direct uses multiple shipping hubs in United States. Shipments could ship from more than one location, therefore, customers may be responsible for the multiple shipment import duty and tax fees to receive orders in full.
• Please note, when using the following shipping methods to CANADA Express & Expedited, you will not incur brokerage fees from UPS/FEDEX. This is not to be confused with Duty and Provincial Tax which will be requested by the carrier prior to delivering your package.
• Ground and Freight shipments will incur additional fees for brokerage on top of Duty and Tax.
