To thank you all for your support and to offer future incentives to you we wanted to give something back, this is why we have launched this great Reward Diamond Program.

Our Reward Diamond Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at Event Decor Direct you will earn Shopping Diamonds for the money you spend.
Once earned, you'll be able to use those diamonds to pay for future purchases at Event Decor Direct.

The Reward Diamond Program began on Friday 18 December, 2020 . All purchases made after that date will earn diamonds.

When an order is placed, the total amount* of the order will be used to calculate the amount of diamonds earned. These diamonds are added to your Shopping Diamonds account as pending diamonds.
All pending diamonds are listed in your Shopping Diamonds account and will stay there until approved/confirmed by Event Decor Direct.

Once any pending diamonds have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those diamonds. Ready for you to spend on whatever you want.

You must login to your account in order to view the status of your diamonds.

During the checkout procces you'll be able to pay for your order with your diamonds balance.

Currently, for every $1.00 spent at Event Decor Direct you'll earn 1
For example:
          Product Cost:  $100.00
          Value of Diamonds Earned:  $2.00

If you have a balance in your Shopping Diamonds Account, you can use those diamonds to pay for purchases made at Event Decor Direct.
During the checkout proccess, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to enter the amount of diamonds you wish to redeem. Enter the amount of diamonds you would like to spend or tick the box to use all available diamonds. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Diamonds Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the diamonds redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Shopping Diamonds account will be updated and the diamonds used deducted from your balance.
Note that any purchase made by redeeming diamonds will only be rewarded with additional diamonds for the amount spent other then diamonds.

To redeem your diamonds, you should have a minimum of 100 diamonds. Please note, you'll still have to select another payment method if there isn't enough in your Shopping Diamonds account to cover the cost of your purchase.

• Shopping Diamonds are only available to registered Event Decor Direct member's.
• Shopping Diamonds Reward can only be collected and used with online purchases. and are only validated at Event Decor Direct.
• Diamonds are non-refundable and can't be transferred between member's.
• Shopping Diamonds are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
• Shopping Diamonds will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
• When buying with Diamonds,you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Diamonds Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
• When calculating the amount of diamonds earned. shipping fees and taxes are excluded(unless other.see refered FAQ for more details).
