Event Decor Direct Glassware and Fragile Item Policy
This disclosure is to confirm Event Decor Direct shipping/replacement policy on Glassware items sold by the case is as follows. Event Decor Direct makes every effort to package all glass items to avoid breakage. When the glassware boxes are shipped via UPS or FedEx handling of the fragile package is out of our control and breakage can occur. Since most glassware, glass vases and breakable items are sold by the case we suggest ordering extra to account for potential breakage. At least 20% extra is a good rule. Event Decor Direct will take every precaution it can reasonably take to insure the items are protected but will not repack or ship any glass items in quantities less than standard factory packaging
If breakage occurs in your shipment, please do the following to obtain a refund and/or replacements:
Be very careful not to injure yourself with broken items.
Submit Image or Images of all broken items via email to customer.service@eventdecordirect.com along with you order number and explanation of what has arrived broken. This info must be received within 48hrs of the shipment arrival.
Once we review the images of all broken items we will give you a credit for value of each vase that has broken in shipping this credit can come in the form of store credit toward more vases or a refund when necessary.
After you receive a credit for the broken items if you require replacements you will be required to purchase a full case quantity as we do not break cases into single pieces under any circumstances.
