• File Formats: High-resolution JPEG or PDF exports.
• Please do not send original Photoshop or Illustrator files as we do not manipulate files unless you pay for our graphic design services. 
• Check your files for pixelation or banding on color gradations.
• Proof-reading: Event Decor Direct is not responsible for errors in the text, please proof-read in detail.
• Color Matching: Digital Printers do not print PMS or RGB colors. If color matching is crucial for your project, our design team can manually adjust colors to match a PMS reference as close as possible. This would require an extra 1-2 business days turnaround days.
