Our custom-made wood panels are crafted with precision and quality in mind to meet your event design needs. These panels come with both sets of champagne shelves and standard shelves giving you flexibility for each event! Shelf depth is 6".

Material Details:

• Construction: Made from ½-inch birch plywood, ensuring durability and a smooth finish (Ripple panels are made with ¾ MDF).

• Collapsible Design: Each panel includes additional supports at the base and middle, allowing it to fold in half for easy transport and storage. We have a few desinges that do not collapse. If the wall is not collapsable it will not say "collapsable" in the product name.

• Seam Notice: Due to the collapsible nature of the panels, a horizontal seam will faintly show in the middle when assembled—this is standard for all collapsible wood panels. (If you do-not want a collapsible panel, please submit a custom request.)

Production/Shipping:

• Production time is generally 5-7 days. This may require additional time if you add a vinyl wrap. Check our shipping estimator to get an estimated delivery date. Please inquire if you have rush request. You can also add you event deadline durring the checkout process.

• This item will ship freight. Smaller sizes are included in our Standard Size Wood Prop category and will genereally ship UPS. 

Finish Options:

• Unfinished: ​Raw birch plywood, ready for you to paint or customize and finish as you like.

• Vinyl Wrap Details:

  • Follow the Vinyl Print Options to add a solid color or custom print design, ensuring a polished and professional finish.

  • All walls and arches are covered with matte finish material unless otherwise requested. This finish helps reduce glare and conceal blemishes.

  • Have your wall come profesionally wrapped with your design or choose to wrap yourself. If you choose to wrap yourself you will receive a solid color print tailored to fit your selected Chiara wall, with extra bleed for adjustments. You are responsible for installation of the print on the wall and trimming, and video instructions will be provided with your order.

  • Due to the collapsible nature of the panels, a faint horizontal seam will be visible in the middle where the vinyl print joins when assembled.

  • Edges and sides are painted to closely match your chosen color providing a cohesive and elegant look tailored to your event’s theme.

  • The back wall will feature a solid color or custom print, while the shelves are painted a color to match upon customer approval.

  • Please let us know your preference in the design notes. We can wrap the shelves to match the wall upon request, but an additional fee will apply.

• Add Lamination:

  • Matte Laminate: Reduces glare, prevents fingerprints, and adds durability. It creates a soft, elegant, and non-slip surface, perfect for dance floors or luxury events needing a refined, safe, and glare-free appearance.

  • ​Gloss Laminate: Enhances color vibrancy and creates a high-end shine. This stain-resistant and easy-to-clean finish is ideal for bold designs, branding, and decorative elements requiring a polished, eye-catching look.

  • All we need is a Pantone Color Code!

• Custom Vinyl Wrap:

  • Go to Shutterstock.com and find a design you LOVE (e.g., search for something like "silver floral pattern").

  • Copy the Shutterstock Vector ID into the designated field.

  • If you don’t have a Shutterstock image that you like, upload two inspirational images to guide the design process.

  • If you already have an exact design, upload it and specify in your notes that this is the final design.

  • ​If you need alterations to your inspirational designs, use the "Design Notes" field to detail your requests.

• Custom Monograms & Images:

  • Upload your graphic to the inspirational field or provide your monogram text, specifying the font and any additional design details.

  • ​Add inspirational images or examples to ensure we create your desired look.
