These Chair Tutus are a great accent piece to our chiavari chairs. Six Pieces of three by thirty inch strands made of swirly taffeta and organza fabric all sewn with natural edges and then sewn together to make our Chair Tutu. Satin ribbon ties the chair tutu in place for easy placement.
